How to apply

West Bengal Textile Incentive Scheme — 100% Stamp Duty Reimbursement accepts applications online through the official portal on a rolling basis. Follow the steps below — and always confirm the latest details on the official source before you apply.

How to apply

Applications are submitted on the . Confirm the current deadline and document checklist there before you start.

Selection process

There is no competitive shortlisting or ranking here. An application stands or falls on whether the unit meets each eligibility condition in the scheme guidelines, and each submission is checked against the papers filed with it.

During assessment, the department verifies the forms and the certificates you have submitted — the Registration Certificate, the Date of Commencement Certificate and the Eligibility Certificate from the Director of Textiles.

A second, equally critical check is the project's prior approval and sanction from a recognised financial institution, meaning a Central Financial Institution, a Commercial Bank or a State Financial Institution.

Applications that satisfy the guidelines and clear these verifications move ahead to reimbursement; those that do not are not taken forward.
