When and how is the subsidy paid out?
Only after the facility is complete. A joint team of departmental officers inspects the site to confirm it has been set up according to specifications, and once that inspection is cleared the subsidy is credited to your loan account.
Is technical help available while setting up the facility?
Yes. Departmental officers provide technical guidance and supervision through the implementation phase, and they also assist with obtaining the bank loan and with the district and directorate approval process.
