How to Apply for UP MSME Quality & Standards Reimbursement — Up to ₹5L Back

Because this is a reimbursement scheme, there is no competitive shortlisting, pitch round or ranking of applicants. What happens instead is a verification and approval exercise.

• An application is filed with the designated department, following the formats and procedure laid down in the policy.
• Paperwork backing the expenditure is submitted — invoices for certification, equipment, IT systems and training.
• Proof that the specified national or international certification has been attained is presented.
• The concerned department reviews the claim against the eligibility conditions and the documentation of expenses.
• Approval follows once the conditions stipulated in the Uttar Pradesh MSME Promotion Policy 2022 are met.
