• Verification: The Directorate or its designated agency checks the MSME status, confirms the ERP system is an approved one, and validates the capital expenditure claims against invoices and supporting records.
• Approval and disbursement: Once verification is cleared, the eligible amount — 75% of capital expenditure, within the applicable ceiling — is released to the enterprise.
