Can I apply if I have a incorporated company but not yet a Private Limited?
The program requires the company to be registered as a Private Limited Entity under the Indian Companies Act, 2013, or you must be willing to incorporate within 6 months of joining the program. If you have a different structure, you may need to convert to Private Limited.
