Reimbursement of VAT/CST/GST on Goods Supplied to Incubatees: Karnataka Startup Policy is open to idea · product-stage startups registered in India. The full eligibility criteria — qualifying sectors, states and entity types — are below.

Who can apply

To qualify for reimbursement, a startup must:

  • Be registered with the Karnataka Startup Cell and hold a valid KBITS registration number.
  • Be physically incubated in a government-of-Karnataka-supported incubator.
  • Make claims only on purchases or supplies made after registration with the Karnataka Startup Cell.
  • Have an annual turnover capped at ₹50 lakhs.
  • File claims within the first three years of incubation.
  • Reimbursement is released on a seniority basis, subject to budget availability.

Reimbursement of VAT/CST/GST on Goods Supplied to Incubatees: Karnataka Startup Policy is open to startups at the idea, product and revenue stage. The programme is targeted at startups registered in Karnataka.
