How to Apply for Rajasthan Sunrise Captive Power Waiver Scheme — 100% Power Charge Waiver

There is no pitch competition, jury or ranking here. Assessment is administrative: an application is measured against fixed policy parameters by a committee or designated authority within the Government of Rajasthan.

• Application: the enterprise files its application through the designated portal or department under RIPS 2024, usually the Industries Department.
• Documentation: the submission carries proof of enterprise registration, a detailed project report for the captive power plant, confirmation of Sunrise Enterprise status and a declaration that generation is for captive consumption only.
• Verification: officials check that the enterprise qualifies as a Sunrise Enterprise, that the plant is genuinely a captive plant, that the power is used captively and that the size ceilings are respected.
• Approval and disbursement: once verification succeeds, the benefit is extended as a waiver on future charges or as reimbursement of charges already paid, in correspondence with the Asset Creation Incentive period.

Since applications are accepted round the year, there is no application window to race against.
