How to Apply for Rajasthan RE Storage Incentive: 100% Transmission & Wheeling Waiver

There is no separate evaluation track for this incentive. Claims follow the general route laid down for the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme 2024:

• Project proposal submission. A detailed proposal goes to the state authority that administers RIPS 2024, a department under the Government of Rajasthan.
• Eligibility documentation. The applicant files paperwork that demonstrates the project meets every eligibility condition, including the proportion of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) capacity relative to the project's Renewable Energy (RE) capacity.
• Prescribed formats. The claim has to be made in whatever format or form the policy prescribes for incentives of this kind.
• Review and approval. The administering body reviews the claim, verifies eligibility and then grants the exemption.

In short, the exemption is a verification exercise against the criteria rather than a competitive selection.
