Selection process
Each application is first taken up by the General Manager, District Industries & Commerce Centre (DICC). That scrutiny includes verifying the Chartered Engineer's certificate which sets out the performance improvement claimed by the unit.
The file then moves to the District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC) for a decision on approval and sanction.
The committee may clear the application fully, clear it partially, or reject it. The State Government reserves the same right to approve, partially approve or reject any application.
Once a positive decision is taken, an approval letter is issued to the applicant and the funds are credited to the applicant's registered bank account.
