It depends on where the event was held. For a fair or exhibition inside Rajasthan you can claim ₹37,500 or 75% of the stall rent, whichever is less, for up to 3 events in a financial year. For events elsewhere in India, the figure is ₹1,12,500 or 75% of the stall rent, whichever is less, capped at 2 events a year. For an event organised abroad, it is ₹1,50,000 or 75% of the stall rent, whichever is less, for 1 event in a financial year. Travel for 2 persons is reimbursed on top of that.

No. This is a government subsidy paid out in cash as a reimbursement. The state does not take any stake in your enterprise, and the money does not have to be returned. You spend on the stall and the travel first, then claim the sanctioned amount back.

Any MSME located in Rajasthan is eligible, provided it holds a valid Udyam Registration Certificate and has taken part in a qualifying fair, exhibition or buyer-seller meet. The scheme does not list sector-wise restrictions, so the deciding factors are your location, your Udyam registration and the nature of the event.

Yes. Holding an Udyam Registration Certificate issued under the MSME Development Act 2006 is a firm requirement. An application without one will not clear the scrutiny carried out by the District Industries & Commerce Centre.

The event must be sponsored or approved by the government or a government agency, or it must be approved by an Export Promotion Council operating under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. Events that do not carry any of these approvals fall outside the scheme.

Up to 3 events if they are held within Rajasthan, up to 2 events if they are held elsewhere in India, and 1 event if it is held abroad. These limits apply per category, so the ceilings are set separately for each type of event location.

Yes. Once you have received the benefit in one category, you cannot claim again in that same category for the next two financial years. The purpose is to make sure the support reaches a wider set of MSMEs and to encourage units to move on to larger, more ambitious events.

The scheme itself runs on a rolling basis and remains in force until March 31, 2029, so there is no single closing date for the programme. What does matter is the individual claim: your application must reach the authorities within 6 months of attending the fair or exhibition you are claiming for.

Both routes exist. Offline, you download the prescribed application form (Annexure 5.1) from the official Rajasthan MSME Policy 2024 document, fill in every mandatory field, attach self-attested copies of the required papers, and submit the signed form to the General Manager of the concerned District Industries & Commerce Centre. Online, you can file through e-Mitra, either by visiting the nearest e-Mitra centre or by using your own e-Mitra account. The online route costs nothing.

The General Manager of the DICC evaluates your application first. The District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC) then approves and sanctions the incentive, taking into account your product profile and the relevance of the fair to market development. Once sanctioned, an approval letter is issued to you, and the assistance amount is transferred directly into your enterprise's registered bank account.
