District Industries & Commerce Centres (DICC) handle claims at the local level, while the Office of the Commissioner, Industries & Commerce acts as the nodal agency for supervision and coordination across the state. The scheme stays in force until March 31, 2029.

• Location: the enterprise must be located in Rajasthan.
• Registration: a valid Udyam Registration Certificate (URC) issued under the MSME Development Act 2006 is compulsory.
• Type of event: the fair, exhibition or buyer-seller meet must be sponsored or approved by a government body or government agency, or approved by an Export Promotion Council under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.

No sector-wise exclusions are listed, so any micro, small or medium enterprise based in Rajasthan that holds a Udyam certificate and exhibits at a qualifying event can claim. Claims are made after the event, so the enterprise must already have participated before applying.

Assistance is released as a reimbursement: an MSME attends the event, bears the stall rent and travel cost, and then claims the money back. The ceiling changes with the location of the event.

This is a government subsidy paid out in cash, not an investment — no equity changes hands and nothing has to be repaid.

A cool-off period applies across categories. Once an enterprise has claimed a benefit in one of the three categories, it cannot claim again in that same category for the next two financial years. The rule spreads the support across more units and nudges businesses to graduate upward, from a state-level fair to a national one and eventually to an international exhibition.

Step 1 — Scrutiny by the District Industries & Commerce Centre. The application is first examined by the General Manager of the DICC concerned, who checks it against the scheme's conditions.

Step 2 — Approval by the District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC). The DLTFC decides which units are eligible for the incentive and sanctions the financial assistance. At this stage the committee also considers whether the applicant's product profile, the theme of the fair and the unit's market-development goals line up with the objectives of the scheme.

Step 3 — Approval letter. After sanction, an approval letter is issued to the applicant.

Step 4 — Disbursement. The approved amount is credited directly into the enterprise's registered bank account.
