There is no competitive selection here — assessment is a verification exercise carried out by the National Jute Board.

• Registration: the unit files the online registration form on the Board's portal and receives a registration password for later use.
• Claim filing: every quarter the unit submits a claim covering its production and exports for that period, with supporting documents attached.
• Review and cross-verification: the Board examines the claim and matches the uploaded documents against the eligibility and disbursement criteria.
• Clarification: where a shortcoming or discrepancy surfaces, the claimant is informed by email so it can be explained or corrected.
• Disbursement: once the claim is validated, the eligible incentive is paid out.
