Applications are filed online and then pass through several assessment layers.

• Interaction or interview: Shortlisted candidates may be asked for further discussions so that their entrepreneurial intent and business plan can be assessed more closely.
• Final selection and induction: Beneficiaries are chosen on the strength of these evaluations, inducted into the scheme, and then taken through the mandatory training before funds are disbursed.
