Selection process
Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis within the allocated budget. Once an application is submitted through the MSME-DFO or online portal, an approved LEAN consultant is assigned to conduct a baseline assessment of the unit. The consultant then implements LEAN tools on the shop floor over a defined engagement period. After implementation is verified by the MSME-DFO, the subsidy is disbursed.
