How to Apply for Capital Investment Subsidy for Way Side Amenities — MP, Up to ₹50L

Assessment under this scheme is administrative rather than competitive — there are no pitch rounds or jury evaluations anywhere in the process.

• Register on the Invest Portal. Applicants sign up on the Madhya Pradesh Government's Invest Portal as a Vendor / Investor, providing the entity type, entity name and the name of the authorised person, along with a valid email ID and mobile number through which credentials and all further communication are sent.
• Complete the profile. Using the User ID and password issued at registration, the applicant logs in and finishes the full profile update, which is a prerequisite before any scheme application can be filed.
• Obtain permissions. All mandatory clearances are secured through the online single-window system.
• Build the unit. Construction proceeds and the applicant documents a capital expenditure of at least ₹25,00,000.
• File the subsidy claim. Once commercial operations commence, the applicant submits the capital subsidy application online with supporting documents, within one year of that commencement date.
• Verification by the Tourism Department / Board. Officials review the submission against the eligibility criteria and the guidelines in the Way Side Amenities Policy 2016, confirming that the minimum capital expenditure was met, the unit follows the approved Green Field or Franchise model, and the site is department-identified or duly approved.
• Approval and disbursal. On successful verification, the subsidy claim is processed and the funds are released to the eligible beneficiary.
