What is the fee for I-WIN Cohort 5?

There is a program fee of ₹25,000 plus GST. Additionally, a 2% success fee applies on any investments sourced through I-WIN's network (not on all fundraising). I-WIN does not take any equity in the startup.

Does I-WIN offer grant or direct funding?

No, I-WIN does not provide a grant or direct investment. The programme's funding benefit is the curated Demo Day at the end, where founders get to pitch to potential investors. During the 4 months, founders also engage with domain experts who can help with fundraising readiness.

Who is eligible to apply?

Startups must be women-led or women-co-founded with a woman holding at least 25% equity and active decision-making authority. The startup should have a live product with early traction (revenue, users, or pilots), be at pre-seed to pre-Series A stage, and be an incorporated entity (private limited or LLP). There is no sector restriction, and founders from anywhere in India are welcome.

How long is the programme and is it in person?

The programme runs for 4 months and is entirely virtual, allowing founders to participate from anywhere without relocating.

What is the deadline for Cohort 5 applications?

Online applications are open, and screening occurs from May to June 2026. The specific deadline is 15 June 2026.

What documents do I need to apply?
