ISB I-WIN Accelerator for Women-Led Startups (Cohort 5) — Eligibility Criteria

This accelerator program is open to women founders or co-founders who hold at least a 25% equity stake in their startup and play an active role in its decision-making. Eligible startups must have a live product demonstrating early traction, evidenced by revenue, active users, successful pilots, or established partnerships. Ventures should be operating at the pre-seed to pre-Series A stage and be actively focused on scaling their operations. The program is sector-agnostic, welcoming applications from diverse industries such as D2C, HealthTech, SaaS, Agritech, Climate, and AI. As a fully virtual initiative, it is accessible to founders located anywhere across India. The program is open to Private Limited Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs). While MSME registration is not a prerequisite, startups must be incorporated for at least one year and have a proof-of-concept.

ISB I-WIN Accelerator for Women-Led Startups (Cohort 5) is open to startups at the product and revenue stage. It is open to startups registered anywhere in India. Applicants should be registered as private limited and llp.
