• File the claim. The enterprise submits its application following the procedure set out in the Himachal Pradesh Industrial Investment Policy 2019 and the AYUSH Policy 2019.
• Departmental review. The submission goes to the committee or department within the Himachal Pradesh government that handles industrial incentives.
• Documentary scrutiny. The check is document-based: officials confirm that the applicant is genuinely an AYUSH unit, that it operates inside Himachal Pradesh, and that the stipulated conditions of both policies are met.
• Sanction and application. Once the claim is cleared, the concession is applied to the enterprise's electricity bills.
