Haryana Startup Policy 2022 Patent Cost Reimbursement Scheme — Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, your startup must have valid DPIIT recognition from the Government of India. The entity must be registered and operating in Haryana, and structured as a private limited company, limited liability partnership (LLP), or partnership firm. The patent application must be in the startup's name (not individual founders). The invention should be a product patent, process patent, or design registration. No stage restrictions apply – startups at idea, product, revenue, or profitable stages are all eligible. There are no excluded sectors, so any industry can apply.

Haryana Startup Policy 2022 Patent Cost Reimbursement Scheme is open to startups at the idea, product, revenue and profitable stage. The programme is targeted at startups registered in Haryana. Applicants should be registered as private limited, llp and partnership. Applicants must hold DPIIT (Startup India) recognition.
