How to Apply for Goat Unit (10+1) Subsidy, Gujarat — Up to ₹45,000 for General Category

Applications are submitted and confirmed online, and only confirmed applications move forward for review. The scheme works on a pre-approval basis — the department gives its approval first, and the beneficiary acts on it afterwards.

Once an application is pre-approved, the beneficiary has 90 days to purchase the 10 female goats and 1 male goat and establish the unit.

If the unit is not established within that 90-day window, or if the beneficiary is deemed disabled, the approval order is cancelled.

A cancelled approval is not wasted. It is transferred to the next eligible beneficiary on the waiting list, so the benefit stays within the scheme and reaches another applicant.
