However, once you save your online application you must confirm it within seven days, and after printing and signing the confirmed form you must submit it along with supporting documents to the concerned office or nearby veterinary dispensary within seven days.

Applications are made online through the I-Khedut portal. Click "Apply Newly" to start a fresh application, use "Update Application" to make any corrections before confirming, and upload your documents by clicking "Upload Documents". Scanned PDF copies should not exceed 200 KB in size.
