How to Apply for Gujarat Integrated Logistics Capital Subsidy for New Logistics Parks

Applications arrive either online through the Investor Facilitation Portal or offline at the Industries Commissionerate. The offline route then moves through a registration stage and a sanction stage.

Registration stage

• Review at the Commissionerate — submitted papers are examined, and any missing detail or clarification is sought within 15 days.
• Site visit — the file is forwarded to the General Manager of the District Industries Centre, who inspects the site and submits an inspection report.
• Registration Certificate — based on the inspection report and the review, the Commissionerate may issue one.

Sanction stage

• Sanction application — after registration and approval of the project layout plan, the developer files the prescribed format along with a detailed project report and supporting documents.
• Scrutiny — the Commissionerate checks the application and may again ask for clarifications within 15 days.
• Project presentation — the applicant presents the project before a Screening Committee chaired by the Industries Commissioner, which weighs viability, fit with the scheme's objectives and compliance with stipulated conditions. Remarks raised must be addressed.
• Final approval — the Sanctioning Authority reviews the application against the scheme guidelines and takes the approval decision.
