Selection process
Applications are processed in a fixed sequence once the incentive application is received:
- Application receipt (D) — the unit submits its incentive application through the Goa Online portal.
- Scrutiny (D+30 days) — the application is examined against a predefined checklist within 30 days of receipt.
- Empowered Committee review (D+60 days) — the Empowered Committee reviews and approves the application, normally within 60 days of receipt.
- Outcome and disbursal (D+90 days) — a sanction order or a regret letter is issued, and the subsidy is disbursed within 90 days of the application being received.
