How to Apply for Goa Internet Subsidy Scheme — 25% Bandwidth Reimbursement up to ₹5L

Every application passes through two levels of review before a decision is reached.

• Scrutiny within 30 days. Once the department receives an application, it is examined against a predefined checklist to confirm that the eligibility conditions are satisfied and that the required documentation is complete.
• Empowered Committee decision within 60 days. Applications that clear the initial check are placed before an Empowered Committee, which takes the final call within 60 days of the application being received.

If the application is approved, the applicant is issued a Sanction Order, and the subsidy is disbursed after that. If it does not meet the criteria, a Regret Letter is issued instead.
