Selection process
Applications are filed online and then examined by the department. Two levels of the state MSME machinery are named in the review: the General Manager / District Industries Centre (GM/DIC) and the Regional Joint Director (RJD).
The scrutiny is essentially a verification exercise:

- checking the documents submitted along with the application;
- validating the details of the generator purchase;
- validating the safety certificates issued for the set.
