There is no fixed deadline — the scheme runs on a rolling, always-open basis. Applications can be submitted at any time, and they are processed under the framework of the Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Policy 2024-30.

The published policy does not specify an explicit minimum investment. The subsidy is proportional to what you spend on eligible machinery, so a smaller purchase simply yields a smaller payout, always subject to the ₹25 lakh ceiling.

Applicants are typically asked for proof of MSME registration, a detailed project report covering the new technology or machinery, a cost breakdown, an assessment of carbon credit generation or emission reduction projections, and financial statements. Keeping these ready before you apply helps avoid back-and-forth during screening.

Applications are managed through the Department of Industries, Government of Chhattisgarh. The prescribed form is available on the official state industries portal, and submissions are made online at https://swsportal.cgstate.gov.in/login/.

It is released as a reimbursement after the project has been implemented and the expenditure verified. Depending on the case, the payment may come in phases or as a single lump sum once the committee's recommendation and the competent authority's sanction are in place.

The stated criteria focus on MSME status, services-sector operations and the environmental outcome of the technology adopted. DPIIT recognition is not listed among the published conditions, though proof of MSME registration is part of the standard documentation.
