Selection process
Applications are submitted through the Invest Haryana online portal. Required documents include DPIIT certificate, cloud provider invoices (itemised, with GST), corresponding payment proofs, and bank details. Claims are made annually. The Department of Industries verifies the eligibility of the expenses and applicant, then approves the reimbursement. Once approved, 75% of the claimed amount is disbursed, subject to the annual cap of ₹2.5 lakh. The process continues for up to five years per startup.
