What documents do I need to apply?
You need your DPIIT certificate, valid cloud provider invoices showing GST, proof of payment for those invoices, and your bank account details. All are uploaded via the Invest Haryana portal.
Is DPIIT registration mandatory?
Yes, a valid DPIIT recognition certificate is compulsory for this programme.
Does the programme take equity or require repayment?
No. This is a reimbursement subsidy that does not require any equity stake or repayment. Your startup remains undiluted.
Can a startup from outside Haryana apply?
No, the startup must be registered and physically operating within Haryana to qualify.
How often can I file a claim?
Claims are submitted annually. You can aggregate your eligible expenses over one year and submit a single reimbursement request.
How do I apply and what happens after approval?
Apply through the Invest Haryana online portal. After submission, the Department of Industries verifies documents and expenses. Once approved, 75% of the validated costs (up to ₹2.5 lakh per year) is disbursed to your registered bank account.
