How to Apply for Chhattisgarh Technology Purchase Subsidy — 50% Reimbursed, up to ₹10L

Applications are not cleared automatically. They go through a multi-stage verification and approval route, and are assessed by a committee appointed by the Government of Chhattisgarh or by the relevant industrial department.

What the committee examines:

• Whether the applicant qualifies as a pharmaceutical sector industry.
• Whether the technology purchase itself is genuine and supported by the paperwork.
• Whether the claim fits the terms and conditions laid down in the Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Policy 2024-30.

What you will typically need to submit:

• The prescribed application form, downloaded and filled in through the state's industrial department portal or from designated offices.
• Proof of legal registration as a pharmaceutical industry in Chhattisgarh, along with operational licences and other business proofs.
• Original invoices, payment receipts and bank statements showing the technology purchase from NRDC or another specified government research centre.
• A technical write-up on the acquired technology — its features, how you intend to use it, and the expected impact on your operations.

Once the verification is complete and the application is approved, the reimbursement is processed.
