How to Apply for Chhattisgarh Divyang Employment Subsidy — ₹25L Over 5 Years

Applications are placed before a designated committee within the Government of Chhattisgarh, which reviews each claim before any money is released.

The review works through the following checks:

• SC/ST status verification of the entrepreneur making the claim.
• Confirmation that the employment is permanent, rather than temporary or casual.
• Eligibility of the individuals hired — each one must fall into the Divyang, Retired Agniveer or Surrendered Naxalite category.
• Scrutiny of salary records and employment tenure to confirm that wages were actually paid and that the hiring complies with policy guidelines.

Once the committee is satisfied, the application is approved and the reimbursement is processed annually for up to five years, staying within the annual cap each year.
