Selection process
Applications are first judged by Nodal Agencies appointed under the Assam Startup Policy. They check your MASI status, review your business plan, proof-of-concept evidence, and how you plan to use the Scale-Up Grant. If the agency is satisfied, it sends a positive recommendation to the Assam Startup Council. The Council then clears the grant amount and directs the money to be released. From the Council’s decision, final disbursement to your bank account typically happens within 2–4 weeks.
