First register your entity on the Startup Assam Portal (https://startup.assam.gov.in) to get your MASI ID. After that, log into the Startup Assam Dashboard and the Scale-Up Grant application will be visible for your startup.
What documents are needed?
You will need your business plan, proof-of-concept evidence, and supporting documents detailing how the Scale-Up funds will be used. The portal will guide you on required uploads.
Can the money be used for salaries or operational expenses?
The grant is specifically for raw material procurement, marketing, commercialisation, and other scaling costs mentioned by the startup. It does not list general salaries or ongoing operations as eligible, but certain scaling costs may include personnel related to those activities.
