Overview

The ANKURAN program, an initiative under RKVY-RAFTAAR, supports individuals developing agricultural innovations from concept to product. It focuses on the agriculture and allied sectors. This program is designed to guide innovators through the process of bringing their ideas to fruition.

The program begins with an intensive one-month Agri-Entrepreneurship Orientation. Following this, participants receive support for prototype development. Those selected for residency-based training are provided with a monthly stipend of ₹10,000.

Successful projects can secure a non-dilutive grant of up to ₹5 lakh. This grant covers 90% of project expenses and is intended for activities such as product refinement, testing, market trials, and initial market entry.

ANKURAN welcomes a wide range of agricultural innovations, including those in crops, livestock, food processing, supply chain management, and rural development. Applicants from all educational backgrounds are encouraged, with a focus on the solution's relevance to the agricultural sector.
