- Online submission through the Investor Facilitation Portal (IFP) of the Gujarat government.

- Detailed assessment by a designated committee or official of the Industries and Mines Department, Gujarat, which verifies the ZED certification obtained, the charges claimed, and the enterprise's eligibility against scheme guidelines.
- Decision and disbursement. Approval rests on the completeness and accuracy of the application, conformity with scheme norms and the availability of funds. Sanctioned subsidy is released directly, subject to the ₹50,000 cap and after deduction of any central government assistance.
