How to Apply for West Bengal Powerloom MSME Incentive — Environment Compliance Subsidy

Approval moves through two distinct layers.

1. Project sanction comes first. The project has to be approved and sanctioned by a Central Financial Institution, a Commercial Bank or a State Financial Institution before anything else counts.
2. Application review. You then submit Form-A2 together with the supporting documents to the Directorate of Textiles.
3. Verification. The Directorate examines the application to confirm both eligibility and the expenditure actually incurred on the sound pollution control devices.
4. Reimbursement approval. Once verification is complete, the subsidy reimbursement is approved, and the Directorate communicates further with you on the status of your application.
