Selection process
- Commission the audit. Engage an accredited auditor to carry out a water/energy audit at your services-sector MSME and make sure every expense is properly documented.
- Build the claim file. Keep together your MSME registration proof, the audit firm's invoice along with proof of payment, and the full audit report.
- Submit the reimbursement claim. Fill in the prescribed application form under the Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Policy 2024-30 and send it, with all supporting papers, to the authority the policy designates.
- Verification and approval. The relevant department checks the application and documents against the policy guidelines and eligibility conditions.
- Disbursement. Once verified and approved, half the audit cost — up to ₹5 lakh — is transferred directly to the MSME's registered bank account.
