How to Apply for Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Paryatan Swarojgar Yojana — ₹33L Tourism Grant

Applications are filed online and then move through district-level scrutiny before any money is arranged.

1. Online submission: the application form and supporting documents are uploaded through the state MSY portal.
2. Routing to the district: the application is forwarded to the District Tourism Development Officer (DTDO) of the district concerned.
3. Committee meeting and interview: the DTDO schedules a committee meeting chaired by the District Magistrate and calls applicants for an interview on the fixed date.
4. Forwarding to the bank: proposals approved after the interview are sent online to the bank branch selected by the applicant so that loan processing can start.
5. Loan approval and disbursal: the bank completes its approval process, informs the DTDO, and releases the loan amount into the applicant's account.
6. Completion and inspection: once the vehicle purchase or non-vehicle project is finished, the applicant must inform the DTDO, after which departmental officials inspect and verify the work.
7. Grant release: on successful verification, the department releases the approved grant to the applicant's bank branch in line with the applicable rules.
