How to Apply for Uttarakhand Startup Policy-2023 — Seed Grant up to ₹12.5 Lakh

The Department of Industries, Government of Uttarakhand, screens each application against the eligibility conditions first — entity registration, how old the business is, its turnover and whether it has an innovative focus.

Applications that clear this screen are then evaluated on the business model itself: how scalable it is and what potential it shows for generating employment or creating wealth.
