How to Apply for UP Plant & Machinery Subsidy — ₹25L for Design Graduates

The application journey runs through the following steps:

• Read the policy: Go through the UP Textile and Garmenting Policy 2022 to understand the guidelines, terms and conditions attached to the incentive.
• Prepare a project proposal: Set out your new venture, the business plan, and the projected costs for plant, machinery and infrastructure.
• Gather documents: Proof of your Textile, Textile Design or Fashion Design graduation, identity proofs, business registration papers where applicable, and detailed cost estimates or quotations for the eligible assets.
• Submit the application: Send the completed form and supporting documents to the designated authority named in the policy document — this may be an online portal or a physical submission.
• Verification and approval: The application passes through departmental verification, and shortlisted cases are considered for approval against eligibility and policy compliance.
