- They match the bills submitted to the correct formula — ₹5.00 per unit with no ceiling for load above 20 HP, or 25% of charges paid within the annual ceiling at up to 20 HP.
- For units in the up-to-20 HP band, the applicable yearly cap is fixed by sector: ₹15 lakh for Non-Thrust, ₹25 lakh for Thrust.
Claims arriving without load proof, or showing unpaid bills in the 25% band, are queried or refused.
