Selection process
There is no competition here and no pitch round. Every claim is assessed on its own merits by the Department of Industries and Commerce against the TIIPIS 2022 export clause.

Verification covers whether the goods were actually made in Tripura.

Verification covers the export to Bangladesh and the Land Custom Station route used within the State.

Verification covers the 20% value-addition test performed inside Tripura.

The yearly ceiling of ₹50 lakhs is then applied to the claim.
A claim that fails the manufacturing test or the value-addition test is rejected. A claim that clears verification is paid at 10% of the export value, subject to the annual cap. Applicants are never ranked against one another, so one unit's approval does not reduce another unit's chances.
