• The team verifies that the applicant holds MSME status.
• It verifies that the unit falls inside the Thrust Sector.

• EPF and ESI challans are then matched against the employer contributions reported for that employment.

A unit that is not a Thrust Sector MSME, that sits below the 20 State-domicile employee mark, or that cannot show contributions actually paid will be refused. Where the claim clears, the approved employer EPF and ESI spend is reimbursed in full, with no rupee ceiling stated in the clause.
