Who is eligible to apply?

You need a validated Proof of Concept (prototype/pilot/lab validation), must operate in space-tech (e.g., satellite tech, GIS, AI for space, orbital logistics), and have secured a lead investor or raised funds within the last 12 months (or have a signed letter of intent from a prospective investor). Startups at product or revenue stage are eligible.
Is DPIIT registration mandatory?
Yes, DPIIT recognition is a mandatory requirement. You must be registered on the DPIIT startup portal and produce proof of the same.
Does the program take equity?
Yes, this is an equity investment program. StartupTN provides capital in exchange for equity in your startup, and the funding is structured as a 1:1 matching equity contribution from an investor.
