Training workshops and a strategic bootcamp round out the curriculum. Delivery is hybrid: virtual sessions plus a handful of key in-person events, generally held in Pune.

2. Shortlisting. Ventures are shortlisted on the strength of their business model, market potential, team and how well they fit what the programme is designed to deliver.
3. Further assessment. Shortlisted companies may be invited to a deeper round — a detailed interview or a pitch delivered to the selection committee and a panel of mentors and investors.
4. Final selection. The last call is a holistic one, weighing the startup's growth potential, how committed the founders are, and how much difference the Nurture programme is likely to make to their journey.
