How to Apply for Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative — ₹2L–₹20L Loan for J&K Youth

Applications arrive either electronically or on paper, but both routes lead to the same appraisal.

• Apply — complete the form on the Mission Youth portal, or download the form, fill it in and submit it at the office of the Chief Executive Officer, Mission Youth, Civil Secretariat, Jammu and Kashmir.
• Bank appraisal — J&K Bank carries out its standard assessment, examining the business proposal, its financial viability and the applicant's capacity to repay the principal.
• Review by Mission Youth — the mission may also examine applications, particularly those from women entrepreneurs, working alongside partners such as JKTPO and SRLM.
• Loan decision and disbursal — the assessment settles whether the loan facility is granted, after which the money is disbursed through J&K Bank.
