Additionally, the startup must not have received similar seed funding from any other government scheme.
Does this program take any equity in exchange for the funding?
No, this is an equity-free grant. The startup retains full ownership and no equity is taken.
What can the grant money be used for?
The grant can be used for product development, prototype creation, market validation, and initial operational expenses including hiring and legal setup.
Is MSME registration required instead of DPIIT recognition?
DPIT registration is mandatory. MSME registration is not required and is not an alternative for this program.
Which states are eligible for this grant?
Only startups registered and operating in the state of Haryana are eligible. The startup must have its primary office or R&D facilities in Haryana.
