A qualifying unit is reimbursed for half of its eligible certification or IPR spending, subject to a maximum of ₹3,00,000. The benefit is one-time and is paid after the expense has been incurred, so the enterprise spends first and claims afterwards.

Quality certifications such as BIS and FSSAI, system certifications such as ISO and ZED, and Intellectual Property Rights all fall within the scheme. For these, the associated consultation and documentation charges, calibration and testing charges, and accreditation, licence and application fees can be claimed.

Any Micro or Small Enterprise located in Rajasthan that holds a valid Udyam Registration Certificate. The certification for which reimbursement is sought must relate to the enterprise's own product or process, the claim must be submitted within 12 months of obtaining that certification, and the unit has to be in commercial production when the amount is disbursed.

The scheme's stated requirement is a valid Udyam Registration Certificate issued under the MSME Development Act, 2006. DPIIT recognition does not appear among the listed eligibility conditions.

Only once. An MSME enterprise may apply a single time under the scheme, so there is no scope for a second claim later.

Both routes are available. Offline, download the application form (Annexure 4.1) from the official website, fill in every mandatory field, attach the required documents with self-attestation where needed, and submit the signed form to the General Manager of the District Industries & Commerce Centre (DICC) in your district. Online, file through e-Mitra — either at your nearest e-Mitra centre or using your own e-Mitra account — and there is no charge for the online application. The scheme asks for the application form (Annexure 4.1) with all mandatory fields completed, along with copies of the required documents, self-attested if necessary. Since Udyam registration is a compulsory eligibility condition, keep those registration details handy when filing your claim.

No on both counts. This is a government subsidy that reimburses costs the enterprise has already paid, so no equity stake is taken and the amount is not repayable. The sanctioned sum reaches the applicant's authorised bank account directly.

The District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC) reviews each application for eligibility compliance and for the validity of the certification costs claimed. It may approve the claim in full, approve it partially, or reject it. If approved, the General Manager of the relevant DICC issues an approval letter, following which the sanctioned amount is credited to the applicant's authorised bank account.

There is no fixed application window — claims are accepted on a rolling basis and the scheme stays in force until 31st March 2029. The deadline that does apply is individual to each enterprise: a reimbursement claim must be submitted within 12 months of obtaining the certification.
