Enterprises working in the ITeS (Information Technology Enabled Services) sector and Data Centre operations that are based in Chhattisgarh. Those are the two conditions set out in the published eligibility criteria — the sector the enterprise belongs to, and its presence in the state.

Covered standards include ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 18000 and ISO 22000 categories, BIS certification, ZED certification, Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) certification, LEBP certification in new and renewable energy, AGMARK and Euro Standard. Other similar recognised national or international certifications also fall within the scheme.

No closing date is specified. The incentive forms part of an ongoing Chhattisgarh policy, which means applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the policy is amended or withdrawn.
