• Collect the application form from the Department of Industries, Government of Andhra Pradesh, or from its district offices. The form sits inside the broader incentive framework of the state's Industrial Development Policy (IDP), the MSME EDP and FPP 4.0 (2024-29).
• Attach the supporting papers — proof of enterprise registration, financial statements, the invoices and payment receipts for the certification obtained, and evidence of any Government of India subsidy received for that same certification.
• Submit for review, where the designated authority checks that you meet the eligibility conditions and that the claim is genuine.
• Receive the reimbursement as a one-time payment once the claim is approved.
