How to Apply for Puducherry Pollution Control Equipment Subsidy — 25% up to ₹5L

Once an application reaches the department, it passes through two levels of review.

1. Scrutiny by the Directorate of Industries. The directorate examines each application on merit, checks that the documents are complete and that the criteria are met, and determines how much assistance is admissible.
2. State Level Committee. The directorate's findings and recommendations are then placed before the State Level Committee, which evaluates the case against the scheme's guidelines and takes the final call on whether the unit qualifies and how much subsidy should be granted.
